Q: How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

A: We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours, although we are often able to reply much sooner. During busy periods and weekends, response times may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible.

Q: Do you offer free quotations?

A: Yes, all quotations are completely free and provided with no obligation. Once we have a better understanding of your event requirements, we will create a personalised quote tailored to your chosen services, venue and overall vision.

Q: Can I arrange a consultation?

A: Absolutely. For larger events such as weddings, full venue styling and room décor, we can arrange consultations and, where appropriate, venue visits to discuss your plans in more detail. For smaller events, we are usually able to discuss everything over the phone, via email or through social media messaging, making the process simple and convenient.

Q: What information do you need for a quote?

A: Don’t worry if you don’t have all the details finalised yet. Helpful information includes your event date, venue, colour scheme, theme, guest numbers, services you’re interested in, set-up times and any venue access restrictions. The more information you can provide, the more accurate and tailored your quotation will be.

Q: Do you cover my area?

A: We cover most areas throughout Dorset and Hampshire, including Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Wimborne, Ferndown, Ringwood and surrounding locations. If you’re based outside these areas, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We may still be able to travel to your event, or we may be able to recommend a trusted supplier closer to your location.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weddings, peak summer dates and popular weekends, as availability can fill up quickly. However, if your event is approaching soon, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings where possible.
