Do I need to pay a deposit?

Deposits vary on the size of event and what materials need to be ordered.
For full wedding planning and larger event full planning up to 50% deposits may be required, for smaller event items such as balloon decorations a £50 deposit will be taken to secure your booking. 

 

When do I need to pay my balance?

Your payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking, but for most balloon displays and smaller events balances are due 7 days before the event. For Weddings and larger events the balance payment will be due 4 weeks before the event date, this is due to the large amount of supplies and third party vendors that usually need to be paid.

What if I have to cancel my event?

You will get a 14 day cancellation period from the time of booking, if you need to cancel after this we will work with you to move your deposit to an alternative date/booking. In exceptional circumstances we will at our discretion refund your deposit minus any costs incurred.

How long will my balloons last?

When looked after and stored correctly balloons can last for weeks. However balloons are affected by temperature, they will expand in the heat and deflate in the cold. We recommend balloons displays that are outside are set up on the day of the event as late as possible to avoid them deflating to much. Balloons kept indoors should be kept away from areas of temperature fluctuations. We expect our outdoor balloons to last for the day of the event, and our indoor balloon displays to last for 48 hours. While they will last longer than this they may not look their best.

Is there a minimum requirement?

We offer packages and services for all shapes and size events, and to suit all budgets. If you are in our catchment area, and flexible on times of set up etc, then in most circumstances we will be able to help. Even for the smallest of events or decorations as we offer self collection on props hire, balloon stacks and smaller items so we can work with you to suit your budget.

Can you personalise decorations?

Yes we can. We can offer a huge range of personalised items from backdrop signage personalised balloon stacks and even clothes like dressing gowns for sleepover parties.

Terms and conditions

  •  A non refundable deposit is required to secure your date with the remaining balance due 10 days prior to your event. The payment terms will be provided to you in writing before booking confirmed.
  • If you need to amend your booking after the 14 days cancellation period, we will always try to work with you to move your event to another date, a deposit may be returned at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. If you have asked us to carry out work within the 14 days you will not be entitled to a refund.
  •   Once the display has been set up, under no circumstances should it be moved. If you move the display you are liable for any damage caused.
  • In case of an emergency situation when the display needs to be moved please contact us and we will either return to the venue, or talk you through how to move it to minimise risks and damage.
  • Photos/videos are taken upon set up, you are liable for the care of all props you hire while they are in your possession, in the instance of any damages, theft or loss the cost of either the repair or replacement of said item, will be taken from your security deposit.
  •   Children should always be supervised near displays, especially with balloons that have strings attached and near electrical items.
  • Frames and stands must not be climbed on, hung on or sat on under any circumstances.
  •   If you are having any electrical elements included, please ensure there is a power supply near by to plug into. This must be in a suitable position to ensure safety, if you are unsure please ask. Any electrical items hired must be kept away from water.
  • Once we have set your displays up, they are out of our possession and will become your responsibility.
  • Please be aware that temperature does affect balloons. The heat can make balloons expand, the cold can make the balloons deflate. We recommend outdoor installations are only used for the day of set up. Indoor installations will last for 48 hours if there is no large temperature fluctuations.
    • Please keep sharp objects away from balloons.
    •   The props, this includes, but is not limited to pampas, flowers, neon sign, frames are for hire only. The only thing you may keep is the balloons, wedding favours, party bags and food items, other items to keep will be specified by us in writing. If the balloons are left you are agreeing for them to be popped and disposed of correctly or regifted.
