When our client approached us looking for a magical wizard-themed birthday celebration, we couldn’t wait to bring their vision to life. We transformed the space with a bespoke backdrop, themed props, balloon décor and interactive styling elements designed to immerse guests in the experience from the moment they arrived.

The Main Display

The centrepiece of the event was a fully themed backdrop featuring burgundy, black and gold balloon styling, vintage-inspired props, themed signage and carefully chosen decorative elements. Every detail was designed to create a magical atmosphere and provide the perfect photo opportunity for guests throughout the celebration.

Potions & Special Effects

One of our favourite areas was the themed potion station. Using decorative potion bottles, themed accessories and atmospheric smoke effects, we created an interactive display that looked straight out of a magical classroom. The addition of a smoke machine helped bring the scene to life and added an extra layer of excitement for guests.

Bespoke Finishing Touches

To complete the celebration, we arranged a custom-designed themed cake and perfectly matched biscuits, helping to tie the entire event together. We also styled the food display area to complement the overall theme and ensure every aspect of the party felt coordinated and immersive.
