FAQ’S
Q: What is included with the prosecco cart hire?
A: Our prosecco cart comes complete with two ice buckets, six garnish holders and serving tongs. We can also provide either white plastic champagne flutes or glass flutes depending on your requirements. A selection of additional mixed glassware may also be available upon request. The cart provides a beautiful focal point for weddings, parties, baby showers, corporate events and special celebrations.
Q: Can your prosecco cart be used outdoors?
A: Yes, our prosecco cart can be used outdoors and looks fantastic at garden parties, weddings and summer events. However, for safety and to protect the equipment, we are unable to set up outdoors during extreme weather conditions, strong winds or heavy rain. If poor weather is forecast, we will discuss alternative options with you wherever possible.
Q: Can I add my own decorations to the cart?
A: Absolutely. We are happy for clients to personalise the cart to suit their event theme, provided this is agreed with us before the hire date. If you are using an event stylist or florist, we are also happy to liaise directly with them to ensure everything works perfectly with your overall event styling.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes. We hold full Public Liability Insurance through BAPIA, giving you complete peace of mind when hiring our equipment for your event. Documentation can be provided to venues upon request if required.
Q: Can you supply alcohol?
A: Unfortunately, we offer dry hire only and are unable to supply alcohol. This is because the sale and supply of alcohol requires the appropriate licences and permissions. You are welcome to supply your own prosecco, champagne or other beverages, but we always recommend checking your venue’s policies and requirements beforehand.
Q: How long is the hire period?
A: Our standard hire period is for one day and includes setup and collection. We are often happy to leave the cart overnight at no additional charge, provided this is agreed in advance when booking. If you require the cart for multiple days or have specific event requirements, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss a bespoke hire arrangement.
